The magic of Chrometa is that it takes almost all of the work out of tracking your time.  PASSIVE TIME KEEPING is the way to go!  Install it on your computer and Chrometa sits in the background watching you work.  It will track how long you spend working on a document AND THE NAME of the document.  It will track how long you spend working on an email AND THE RECIPIENT AND SUBJECT!!  It will record the web sites you visit and track how long you spend on each.  Bouncing back and forth between multiple sites, documents and emails?  No problem, Chrometa will record all of the 2 and 3 minute fragments and let you assemble them into a single billable time record.  And Chrometa links to ALMOST EVERYTHING - Timeslips, Clio, Tabs, Rocket Matter, Cosmolex, Billing Matters - you name it, Chrometa can feed it. 

 

Install it on your smart phone, install it on your laptop or tablet - Chrometa saves all of your time records to the cloud and with a few mouse clicks will transfer them to your preferred billing system.  No billing system?  Chrometa includes a rudimentary invoice generator that will produce a basic invoice and email it directly to your client.  The Chrometa invoice can automatically link back to PayPal or Lawpay.  If you are not using Chrometa, you are NOT capturing all of your billable time.
